i'm trying to be better about keeping promises to myself so as to not screw myself over. Why is this a challenge you ask? It's complicated, however I have found myself to be way too concerned with the people around me and what's going on with them, versus what is best for me. It's hard to break out of a cycle, but it's getting a little easier.
